Hi!

I  don't know if you remember my case but I have a 16 year old gelding Hasan that no one could train. You had called me and we spoke on the phone about the situation and my parents ended up ordering your " Getting Started" package and I  recieved it a few weeks ago.

I've been working with Hasan with the 7-Step Safety System, and it seemed as if he was very willing to cooperate. The other day  my friend was lunging him while I  was standing in the stirrup and Hasan just stopped and dropped his head and stood there chewwing with his ears forward. He wouldn't move except to turn back and look at me, like he was inviting me on. So, I eventually threw my leg over very slowly, and he immediately calmed to a state I've never seen him at. There was no fighting, no rearing, nothing. He had accepted that it wasn't going to hurt him if I  got on him. I've been on him 5 times since then, and I  work with him every day, and now I've got him to the point where I  can halt him just using the reins even though he used to explode if you just touched the reins.

Everyone is amazed at his progress, he seems to be a completely different horse. But I know better, I saw it in him all along. I just wanted to say thank you for your help and for taking time for me and my horse, and now, I can actually say he's my horse... Jayne is giving me his papers now. She promised he'd be mine if I got him to this point, and now I have. I will keep you updated on his progress, I know theres still a long way to go.
